Collinsport. It is the year 2012 and as Angelique Collins has journeyed into the past, in search of an ancient artifact, with the hope she shall be able to use it to restore her beloved husband to this dimension of the multi-verse, various old acquaintances and adversaries have begun to make their moves within the quite community of Collinsport. Soon a great game is about to begin, Past and present will soon give up their secrets � as will the dead and the living too.

1. EXT. SIDE ROAD – COLLINWOOD – NIGHT
It’s a chill, grey October night. A black Mercedes sits off to the side of the road well concealed in the darkness. CAMERA pulls back and angles upward over the tree tops to the night sky in order to reveal the swift moving grey clouds, as they sweep past a gibbous moon.
The SOUND OF A DOOR OPENING. There is no interior light cast by the opening of the door.
A dark figure, unrecognizable in the darkness, exits.
There is the SOUND of CAR DOOR CLOSING
2. INT. COLLINWOOD – PARLOR
MRS. JOHNSON, the family house keeper of twenty years, middle forties, dressed in a black non-discript dress, which is not quite an uniform, but vaguely gives the impression of one, walks TOWARD CAMERA. In the b.g. A tall GRANDFATHER CLOCK CHIMES the hour. 11:00pm. HOLD for a moment as she stops and turns to look over at DAVID COLLINS who is standing near the fireplace.
A beat as he stands looking down into the flames.
Is something the matter, Mister David.
DAVID COLLINS
(A beat)
Oh, Mrs. Johnson. I didn’t hear you come in.
She stands looking at him with an expression of mild concern.
They will find him, sir. I am certain.
DAVID COLLINS
(Looks away from the flames)
Yes. Of course. It’s just he is 94 and so frail.
Mrs. Johnson smiles.
I never would have thought of using those
words to describe you father. Roger Collins
was many things, but frail is certainly not one
of them.
David closes the book he has been holding, and takes his drink from its resting place upon the mantel
Yes, Well, good Night, Mrs. Johnson.
MRS. JOHNSON
Good night, Sir
She resumes her slow walk across the parlor to approach a small side table upon which the only light, from a yellow and lavender antique lamp, illuminates the darken room.
In the b.g. David Collins takes a drink and walks out of the parlor as Mrs. Johnson reaches over and clicks off the lamp.
3. EXT. COLLINWOOD – SIDE LAWN – NIGHT
ESTABLISHING the huge mansion COLLINWOOD that sits upon the high cliffs of WIDOW’S HILL.
The vast lawn of the Great House appears almost surreal in the moonlight.
4. INT. COLLINWOOD – PARLOR
Mrs. Johnson takes a step forward to peer out the darken window at the lawn. For a moment she thinks she might have seen someone, or something. She stands for a beat and curiosity is clearly evident on her face.
She shrugs and turns away from the window.
5. EXT. COLLINWOOD – SIDE LAWN – NIGHT
Among the well kept hedges that line the lawn, a figure moves slowly but more importantly with silent stealth.
The figure approaches the great house of Collinwood and moves along in the darkness toward the back of the forty-four room mansion.

6. EXT. COLLINWOOD – BACK SERVANTS ENTRANCE
A black gloved hand begins to make a series of moves as if the beginnings of some origami folds.
There is the SOUND of a CLICK OF THE LOCK.
The black gloved hand reaches out and opens the back door.

7. INT. COLLINWOOD – CORRIDOR
The only illumination in the corridor is the moonlight falling through a pair of windows.
The figure continues to his advance from the far end of the hall TOWARD CAMERA.
8. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING

The east Wing Sittng room is draped in darkness. A CREAK OF A HARDWOOD FLOOR BOARD can be heard in the stillness. The dark figure moves closer to the main stairway leading to the second floor.
CAMERA focuses on a gloved hand as it slides up along the bannister of the stairs.
9. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – STAIRCASE
POV of intruder upon the stairs. CAMERA tracking up as the figure very methodically ascends to the second floor.
A beat as the CAMERA PANS to REVEAL the second floor which has been covered to an artists studio. Darken shapes of easels, stools, and worktables.
CAMERA returns POV of intruder looking at the open door to the second floor bedroom.
HOLD a beat. Begin once more CAMERA forward track of toward the door.
10. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – SAMANTHA EVANS BEDROOM
Inside the threshold of the door, the bedroom is dark. CAMERA pans to look over toward the bed, where SAMANTHA EVANS lies sleeping.
CAMERA PANS to reveal a rather horrid bookcase, which takes up most of the opposite end of the bedroom.
11. ANOTHER ANGLE
The darken figure of the intruder moves silently across the room towards the bookcase. Without a flash-or-pen-light, the mysterious intruder seems to have excellent nocturnal vision.
12. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – SAMANTHA EVANS BEDROOM
A WIDER ANGLE REVEALS the intruder before the bookcase. For a long moment he stands looking at it.12.
13. CLOSE – SHELF OF BOOKCASE
CAMERA REVEALS an antique hourglass lying on its side.
14. ANOTHER ANGLE
REVEALS a rather odd-looking snow globe.
15. CLOSE – SNOW GLOBE
With in the SNOW BLOBE the SCENE appears to be that of an omniscient observer looking down into Samantha Evans’ bedroom, including the horrid bookcase and the intruder standing before it.
16. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – SAMANTHA EVANS BEDROOM
The gloves hand reaches up and rights the hourglass. A TIGHT SHOT reveals the sands beginning once more to fall.
17. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – SAMANTHA EVANS BEDROOM

(begins to stir in her sleep)

17. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING – SAMANTHA EVANS BEDROOM
A LONG BEAT as the CAMERA reveals the intruder standing very, very still, looking across the room at Samantha Evans in her bed.
18. ANOTHER ANGLE
CLOSE shot of the gloved hand reaching down and taking the Orb of Solace.
19. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING � OUTSIDE SAMANTHA EVAN�S BEDROOM
A LONG SHOT REVALS the intruder hurrying out of Samantha�s bedroom door. And makes their way quickly down the stairs.
In the b.g. there is A BRIGHT FLASH visible through the open door of the bedroom.
20. INT. COLLINWOOD – EAST WING � SAMANTHA EVAN�S BEDROOM
As the bright light dissipates TWO FIGURES are revealed. ANGELIQUE Collins, dressed in vintage clothing of the 1930�s SITS on the edge of the horrid bookcase. TONY PETERSON, wearing formal dinner wear STANDS looking at the bookcase before him.
(Her expression one of confusion and anger)
Too soon! Oh, Tony it is much too soon. The Pearl!
We did not get the pearl.

(Looks at the bookcase)
And the Orb. The Orb is gone.
